[Terms of Service] Chapter 1. General Provisions Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service govern the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities for using the Korea Women's Football Federation (hereinafter "Federation") website service (hereinafter "Service"), in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act and related laws and regulations on promotion of information and communications network utilization. Article 2 (Notice and Effect of Terms) 1. These Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Service screen or notified to users (hereinafter "User") by other means. 2. The Federation may amend these Terms, and amended Terms shall take effect in the same manner as provided in Paragraph 1. Article 3 (Rules Other Than Terms) Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and government regulations. Article 4 (User Obligations) 1. Users shall not engage in any of the following activities while using the Service: a. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting materials posted on the Service without prior approval from the Federation b. Infringing on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other rights of the Federation or third parties, or damaging their reputation c. Entering false information or misappropriating another person's personal information d. Any act that undermines service stability, including spreading viruses, malicious code, or hacking systems e. Using service information for advertising, promotion, political activities, or election campaigns f. Any act that violates laws, social order, or public morals g. Any other act that causes harm to the Federation or others 2. Users must comply with the provisions of these Terms and service usage guidelines, and are responsible for any damages arising from violations. 3. Users may not transfer or donate service access rights to others or use them as collateral. Chapter 2. Service Use Article 5 (Copyright of Posts) 1. All copyrights of materials posted on the website belong to the Federation, and unauthorized use is prohibited. 2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, broadcast, or otherwise commercially exploit posts without prior approval from the Federation. Article 6 (Service Hours) 1. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, it may be temporarily suspended after prior notice when system maintenance or repairs are necessary. 2. The Federation may set separate available hours for portions of the Service, in which case prior notice will be given. Article 7 (Service Use Responsibility) Users may not commercially use the Service without written approval from the Federation, and users are solely responsible for any liabilities arising therefrom. Article 8 (Suspension of Service) 1. The Federation may suspend the Service in the following cases: a. When system inspection or maintenance is required b. When a telecommunications service provider suspends its service c. When there are other force majeure reasons 2. The Federation may temporarily suspend the Service due to national emergencies, power outages, failures, or service overload. Chapter 3. Damages, etc. Article 9 (Damages) The Federation shall not be liable for damages incurred by users while the Service is provided free of charge, unless due to the Federation's intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Article 10 (Disclaimer) 1. The Federation shall not be liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters, war, or force majeure. 2. The Federation shall not be liable for failures or damages caused by the user's own fault. 3. The Federation shall not be liable for loss of expected profits or data resulting from use of the Service. Article 11 (Jurisdiction) In the event of litigation arising from disputes related to use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Federation's headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
